About the role

The Role As Infrastructure Support Engineer, you are the first technical point of contact for our customers when something goes wrong with their VMs or GPUs. You dig into logs, find the root cause, fix what you can, and keep customers in the loop until the issue is solved. This is a hands-on execution role – perfect if you love solving real infrastructure problems and want to grow with a fast-moving AI cloud.
