Vos missions
Au sein de Doctolib, le Customer Engineering est au cœur du cycle de vie client. En tant que Head of Customer Engineering, vous pilotez une organisation de 50 personnes répartie en quatre équipes couvrant l'implémentation technique, la migration des données, le support engineering et le succès technique.
Votre rôle est de définir la direction stratégique de la fonction, de faire grandir vos managers et d'accompagner l'organisation dans une période de transformation ambitieuse.
