We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead the Funded Development (Services / NRR) POD — the cross-functional team accountable for delivering customer-funded enhancements and bespoke solutions on top of our trading platform. The role sits at the intersection of engineering delivery and commercial commitment and is measured on how predictably the POD ships committed customer work on time, at the quality bar our clients expect, across multiple concurrent engagements.
