About the role

The role You will likely join live client projects from week one, in an engineering role with real accountability. Python-first, with exposure to a wide variety of software projects, and mentorship directly from senior team members. • Location: Hybrid - with at least one or two days a month working from one of our London co-working office spaces

• Compensation: £40,000

What you'll do • Work on the same live client projects as the rest of the team, alongside engineers who'll support you.

• Build AI agents and data pipelines, learning the full lifecycle by shipping.

• Help client teams adopt and embed AI tooling.

• Work directly with senior leadership.
