Job Description • Perform automated ELISAs and other plate-based assays (including cell based assay), on vaccine products, process intermediates, and related experimental samples in a high-throughput environment • Execute testing, data analysis per appropriate test methods and procedures • Reagent preparation/aliquoting • Prepare solutions, culture media, and maintain cell lines • Perform volume verification (Artel) to confirm suitability of automated liquid handlers for method readiness • Assist in general upkeep of the laboratory and maintain a clean and organized work environment • Maintain records and test results following good manufacturing practices (GMP)
