Job Description • Scientist sequencing of nucleic acids with a clear focus and demonstrated expertise with nanopore sequencing and RNA sequencing, including sequencing data analysis using of-the-shelf software • Interpreting and reporting results after an extensive check of the raw data quality and critical results analysis. • Involved in generating appropriate analytical documentation related to method development up to qualification & validation. • Presenting results to the appropriate stakeholders. • Participating to scientific/technology watch in your domain of competency, and will interact with external experts and/or equipment providers to ensure adequate implementation of…
