Refund Policy
How refunds work for Tech Abroad plans, run by Elementum UX LLC. Last updated: 6 October 2026.
Cancel any time
Cancel in Settings → Subscription in one step. Your plan won’t renew, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We email you 7 days before every renewal, so it never comes as a surprise.
14-day money-back on your first payment
If Tech Abroad isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for any plan and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked.
Renewals
Renewals aren’t refunded once they’ve been charged, except where the law requires it: cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If a renewal charge reached you by mistake, for example you cancelled and were charged anyway, email us and we’ll refund it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, back to the payment method you used. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is made, Premium ends at the same time.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t affect rights you have under the consumer law where you live, such as a statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.
