Guidance, not advice
Job matching, visa and residency information, sponsorship signals, salary and take-home estimates, location insights, interview guidance, the contract helper and lawyer experiences are general guidance. They are not legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. Rules change; check official sources or a qualified professional before you make decisions.
Job listings
Listings come from employers and job sources we don’t control. We hide listings that look out of date or say they won’t sponsor a visa, but we can’t guarantee a job is still open, that its details are accurate or that an employer will sponsor you. You apply on the employer’s or job site’s own page. We don’t issue, guarantee or process visas or work permits: only the authorities of each country can grant them.
AI-written documents
The resume optimizer and cover letter writer use AI to draft text from your own resume and the job’s description. Check every document before you send it: you’re responsible for what you submit to employers.
Community content
Lawyer experiences are shared by members and reviewed before they appear. Share only your own experience: no personal attacks and no private contact details. We may remove posts that break these rules. Posts are not endorsements.
Plans, renewal and cancelling
The free plan costs nothing. Premium plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel: Monthly ($29 every month), 3-Month Relocation Sprint ($69 every 3 months) and Yearly Passport Track ($199 every year), in US dollars; taxes may apply where you live. We email you 7 days before each renewal. Cancel any time in Settings → Subscription: the plan won’t renew, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and your purchase is also covered by Paddle’s buyer terms (opens in new tab). Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your account
Keep your login private and don’t share your account. Don’t misuse the service: no scraping or automated access (including copying our compiled job, sponsorship and visa data) and no attempts to get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Liability
We work hard to keep information accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for decisions you make based on it, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
Changes and governing law
We’ll tell you by email before significant changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where Elementum UX LLC is registered.
