EU Blue Card
Minimum salary
€3,024 per month (Gross a month: 1.5 × last year’s average (€2,016))
Lower minimum: €2,419 per month for people who graduated in the last 3 years.
What you need
- A contract of at least 6 months
- A degree from at least 3 years of study, related to the job
Without a degree
- IT managers and specialists: 3 years of experience in the last 7

Settling in Croatia
- Croatia is in the European Union, so the EU Blue Card is one of the work-permit routes.
- Permanent residency: usually after about 5 years of living there.
- Citizenship: usually possible after about 8 years.
