EU Blue Card
Minimum salary
PLN 13,355 per month (Gross a month: 150% of last year’s average wage)
What you need
- A contract of at least 6 months (employment or civil-law)
- Higher professional qualifications
- Health insurance
Without a degree
- IT occupations: 3 years of experience in the last 7
- Other jobs: 5 years of experience at degree level

Settling in Poland
- Poland is in the European Union, so the EU Blue Card is one of the work-permit routes.
- Permanent residency: usually after about 5 years of living there.
- Citizenship: usually possible after about 8 years.
