Minimum salary
£41,700 per year (Or the going rate for the occupation, whichever is higher)
Lower minimum: £33,400 per year for new entrants (and at least 70% of the going rate).
What you need
- A job offer from a Home Office licensed sponsor, with a certificate of sponsorship
- A job in an eligible occupation at the required skill level
- English at the required level
Without a degree
- No degree is required from you: eligibility depends on the job and the salary

- Permanent residency: usually after about 5 years of living there.
- Citizenship: usually possible after about 6 years.
